Please ensure you fill out all application requirements correctly. Our applications require the following details:
(a) The Local Community Group name and local Grill’d Restaurant;
(b) The Local Community Group organisation name – please ensure this matches the group’s registered ABN name.
(c) The size of the Local Community Group (i.e. number of members);
(d) The Local Community Group’s full valid business address, website address and/or Facebook profile address;
(e) A Jar Tag Description (no more than 300 characters) describing the Local Community Group or the specific Local Community Project or what the initiative is raising funds for. This section will be displayed on our Jar Tag in restaurant.
(f) Contact details of applicant (Name, email, phone and applicant position).
