Unfortunately, we cannot collect any banking details from groups via email. Instead, we have a specific EFT process within our Local Matters portal to ensure a secure exchange of information. Please send through your group name (as it appears in the portal), restaurant and month you appeared on the jars for us to initiate an EFT to the email connected to your application.
Once you have entered your bank details into the form, the donation payment will go into our next payment run. Please allow up to three weeks for the funds to show in the groups account.
