The egg we use to make the mayonnaise is pasteurised (heat treated), but the end product is not. Because heat-treating mayo would result in scrambled eggs!
If you aren’t comfortable having it with your burger, you can always swap it for another sauce, avo, or our delicious vegan mayo which is made from coconut oil.
